Straightforward and easy to deal with.

Just really straight forward and easy to deal with. The online portal is very easy to navigate but if you ever need to pick up the phone and speak to someone that’s easy to navigate also. A fair price for a good product. Reviewed on: 4th September 2024

Great customer service

I had to contact customer support for something and was really concerned that I would just be made to explain my issue to an AI chat it endlessly but was out straight in touch with a person who resolved my query straight away and even gave an opportunity to contact them directly if the issue hadn’t resolved as expected after our chat ended Reviewed on: 28th March 2024

The cheapest but still wildly expensive

The cheapest deal but still outrageously expensive. Despite having another year of no claims under my belt when I came to renew my insurance this year the only quotes I could find were all at least £100 more thank last year. Reviewed on: 25th August 2023

I find plum really easy to use and has helped make the world of investment much less daunting. I love the fact that it takes a certain amount based on what your bank balance is. It makes the process of building a little neat egg very painless. Reviewed on: 31st May 2023
