Chase have a wonderful customer service support syst...

Chase have a wonderful customer service support system, which answers concerns and queries very quickly over the phone or via a web chat. Agents are real people, knowledgable and quick to action responses. They give me confidence to do some complex banking despite the fact there are no physical branches. Reviewed on: 2nd April 2025

Hastings direct online - competitive but lose the fees!

With recent rises in insurance Hastings have been competitively priced vs others. However their admin fees are a bit 20th century. For a company that manages most things on the app having to pay hefty fees for minor changes is a bit of a kicker. The policy is well priced so it’s disappointing they have to diminish that over the course of the policy with punitive fees. Reviewed on: 23rd August 2024

A good hands-off investing tool.

Opened a robot investing account and have been very impressed with it. Great into offer and satisfactory returns over the last year. Good app support and regular updates from the team. I’ve had no issues. Reviewed on: 11th March 2024

Most reasonable price and best cover

In the age of quickly rising insurance costs, LV remains good value for money and often tops the list of best priced insurance, covering all my needs, when I perform a comparison. They are easy to deal with, make it simple to make policy changes and offer great extras. I would highly recommend them and salute them for resisting the urge to increase prices too much compared to others in this cost of living crisis. Reviewed on: 24th August 2023

Top savers account

Really impressed with chase bank. As a new customer in 2022 I’ve been able to benefit from continued savings interest rate increase with monthly interest, provided by the Chase bank easy access savings account. Currently 3.3% AER and revised each time there is a BOE interest rate rise. Very easy account to set up alongside a current account with many great features. I would highly recommend Chase.
