Though disappointed when the local Agency closed, it is good to have an excuse to visit Woodbridge to deal with the excellent staff who are always helpful and this includes telephone chats as well. In a competitive market the rates on at least one of the accounts is attractive. Email responses to enquiries are usually dealt with reasonably quickly and helpfully by another office.

Despite lockdown restrictions a local branch was extremely helpful in switching our account. Online and app access is excellent and interest rates are much better than many other banks.

For a reasonable premium, especially older people, there is excellent cover for world wide travel up to 80 and cover for other essentials such as car breakdown and mobile phone cover.
