Everything has been great so far but there are a few...

Everything has been great so far but there are a few things that would give Chase a perfect score. 1) they do not offer joint accounts, 2) they do not support CHAPS, 3) you cannot deposit a cheque via mobile app, 4) you cannot deposit cash via Post Office. If they fixed these 4 things that other banks offered they would be the best bank in Britain. Reviewed on: 16th February 2026

Chase has a very easy to operate Easy Access savings account which is very easy to use as a primary emergency account as you need to have it linked to a Current Account. Reviewed on: 5th February 2025

Chase has the best customer service of any bank I ha...

Chase has the best customer service of any bank I have been with, and I have been with most high street brands. they lack in 4 areas: 1. Inability to deposit cheques in app; 2. Inability to deposit cash at Post Office; 3. Lack of support for CHAPS payments; 4. Lack of joint accounts. Reviewed on: 5th February 2025

I would give this account full marks if it were not...

I would give this account full marks if it were not for 3 things lacking: 1. the inability to deposit cash via the Post Office (as you can with all high street banks as well as a few digital challenger banks); 2. the inability to deposit cheques via mobile app (as you can with all high street banks as well as digital challenger banks); 3. the lack of CHAPS.
