Amazing app but abysmal customer support

The app is arguably the best in the business as it provides you with basically any features you can think of. But the customer support is basically useless. It takes half a day for someone to respond to you in the app and typically its just a simple response and the case is closed without solving your problem. Great bank to manage your money spendings but if there is any problems, I would not expect it to be solved by them. Reviewed on: 19th March 2023

The savings account which comes with your current account is amazing as it provides 3% interest on balances up to 250k which is the highest in the business. Overall app layout is good but its abit slow to update your balances when you launch the app. Being able to exlude certain transactions from spending insights will make money management even better. The current account is amazing as it provides 1% cashback on purchases. Your debit card is also numberless which helps protect your details. Starting from April 2023 you'll also get 1% interest on your current account balance. Overall app layout is good but its abit slow to update your balances when you launch the app. Being able to exlude certain transactions from spending insights will make money management even better.
