Excellent communication and work even through a tricky case.

Firstly as busy teachers the constant phone calls and interviews were not possible for us. Habito was great with their messaging service and email reminders, allowing us to respond and sort through things when we were free to do so. Being flexible around schedule was critical in getting us through this entire process. Secondly we had several complications due to the quickly changing markets and some discrepancies between our application and another buyer in the same building. The case worker was tirelessly working behind the scenes to sort all of this out - even contacting the estate agents and management group to sort everything out for us. Additionally the need to only fill in our details once was ultimately a great boon as this helped simplify affairs and save countless hours on our reapplications. Reviewed on: 30th March 2023
