Excellent interest rates with the M plus savings account. Definitely a market leader. Easy to use app, I only use this bank for savings.

Starlings banking app is fantastic, providing a break down of where your costs have been spent into categories. Very useful for travel as they don’t charge when you use abroad. Very easy app to use and easy to contact staff through it

My partner has been with this bank for many years and has always had issues with the banking app. He is unable to even access his accounts on a weekly basis making it difficult to pay bills on time. I would not reccomend this bank to anyone who relies on mobile banking apps to manage their finances.

I have held a 123 Current Account with this bank for over 7 years. I use the mobile banking app to track all of my transactions and I have not once in 7 years had any issues accessing my banking information. If you are looking for a really reliable, clear, trustworthy bank then swap to Santander!
