I've been with Santander for a few years and never had any issues. Their app is really easy to use and I get a really good rate of cash back on my 123 account. Reviewed on: 27th July 2017

Few bumps along the way

We recently set up a mortgage with Leeds. Good points - they gave us a decent rate with a low deposit which helped us buy our dream house! Downsides - everything took forever, I mean months to sort out and they didn't set up our mortgage payments properly. I opened the 1-2-3 account with Santander and was happy with it until the upped the fee and lowered the interests. It was costing me to have the account so I called and they switched me to the light version which is cheaper and I still get a decent cashback rate.
