Have banked with Natwest since the 90s.

Have banked with Natwest since the 90s. Have never had a problem with them or their customer service. I do like the Rewards and the option to have a linked kids' Rooster account. Solid choice for a current account. Reviewed on: 20th April 2026

Cashback was great until minimum monthly pay-in

Cashback was great until minimum monthly pay-in of £1500 was mandated. No international fees is also really good. I like that everything is managed in the app. However, given the racist, misogynist, ableist disaster the United States is rapidly becoming, I may cancel as the bank is US-owned. It was easy to transfer my child's Child Trust Fund to a Beanstalk Junior ISA. The app is clear and easy to navigate. Setting up a direct debit to pay in monthly was also very easy. Reviewed on: 30th January 2025
