Pathetic Customer support

I was accused of fraud cos I received £3000 into my account.Got the person who sent the money to me to send the relavant documents .Still my account is frozen I haven't been to work or do I have money to pay for food or pay my kids excursion fees . Metro Bank doesn't respond nor do they get back to you after several daily contact from me .Thier customer support team doesn't seem trained to deal with simple tasks. They are an ameture bank with minimal training of staff and don't follow through . Please review other banks before making a decision on joining Metro Bank. Metro bank don't tell that you when opening the account that you only allowed £300 max withdrawal and that you not allowed certain amount of transaction before your account is locked .
