Re-Mortgage advice

Getting through on the phone is a challenge. It was an hour, over two calls as the line went dead 40 minutes in on the first, before I was able to speak with someone. Ironically, the team I needed to speak with was called 'Customer First'. Thankfully, Sarah there was very good. She needed to call back the next day and did so. She was really helpful and gave.me all the information I needed. Reviewed on: 1st June 2023
