Had to cancel as renew price too high, yet when I went on comparison site they were offering sane cover just £50 cheaper! I spoke to an adviser about this and they said they couldn’t do anything about it, so I ended up not auto renewing and set up a new policy. If this happens again next year I will try diff company regardless of the price!
