Difficulties with simple requests and incorrect charges applied

After being charged incorrectly on several occasions, I had difficulties in getting the problems resolved with the customer services team, despite the matter being relatively straightforward. I closed the account in the end as I was concerned with further charges being applied. Reviewed on: 12th July 2017

Great Access, easy to use and but fees (including account closer fee) quite high

the Hargreaves Lansdown website is extremely accessible and easy to use, including a convenient app which can be used on the go. The website is clear to navigate but the fees charged are quite high in comparison to other sites and Stock ISA. I would recommend Hargreaves Lansdown. Reviewed on: 12th July 2017

Barclays customer service is excellent and they have resolved issues promptly and professionally. They offer a range of products and take appropriate security measures to protect their customers with transactions. I would definitely recommend Barclays. Reviewed on: 11th September 2016
