Helped thousands claim millions

Policy In Practice - and more so the better off calculator helped us as an organisation put nearly £1m back in residents pockets last year. Without the support of the excellent team and the tool the outcomes for thousands of families would have been so much worse Reviewed on: 23rd May 2024

Plum is a great idea, that has been badly executed. To get any of the good features you have to pay more money than they are worth, very difficult to cancel these 'premium' services too Reviewed on: 2nd August 2023
