They are extremely unhelpful when making mistakes and often try to take the incorrect amounts from you. Their teams are unable to make simple calculations and don’t respond quickly to requests. Happy to take the money on my they tried taking a direct debit when the balance was £0 then wanted a late payment fee when I had a balance of £0.
