Not for small Businesses

If your a small business don't bother with Natwest I've been with them nearly 10 years and they no longer have business managers in store where you could make an appointment and discuss your needs job done. Now its all by phone I called natwest last Friday they don't me id have to book a call back I couldn't actually speak to anyone because they don't have a number for the finance dept so they sent me an email which let me book an appointment the following Wednesday (5days time)...
