After HSBC, Barclays, and Natwest leaving Tring, it was a pleasure to get Harpenden BS replacing Nationwide as our only financial outlet. After Natwest let me down in Jan 23, I opened a new triple access ISA with Reviewed on: 29th February 2024

The front of house staff were excellent. Vanessa, Claire and George were very efficient and helpful in closing our existing accounts and opening new ones for us. Reviewed on: 29th February 2024

The website is awful! The screen is two-thirds picture and only one-third available. Otherwise I like the closeness of the branch. Reviewed on: 29th February 2024
