You took a very long time to approve our mortgage with a drip-drip of further questions and requests for more documents. Our solicitor charged extra due to the drawn out process and we paid for 2 months at the high default rate. Reviewed on: 19th January 2024

I like that you have a branch on the high street in Radlett and I can go in and see someone face-to-face. The account is run by elderly people who cannot all use the internet. This ensures the security of the account. Good customer service with a friendly face is very important. Please do not close the Radlett branch. Reviewed on: 19th January 2024

The local branch in Leighton Buzzard is excellent. Online is poor and the website is naff. Would like to see a flexible ISA. Reviewed on: 1st January 2024

We are aware of the shortcomings within our website and online portal and will continue to work hard to improve these. I take on board your comments with regards to a flexible ISA, this would be dependent upon our software provider being able to provide us with the necessary functionality and regulatory reporting systems. Harpenden Building Society is the only remaining 'bank' or building society in Tring. I like being able to go to the branch in person. I have not yet been able to log-in to my account online. Teething problems that need to be sorted out. Reviewed on: 1st January 2024
