Great personal service. Product offering is limited for kids, perhaps a bit dated vs. larger banks/building societies. My visit was to open a kids savings account, the team were knowledgeable, good with kids and showed the benefits of saving to them. Reviewed on: 28th September 2023

I will make sure that this is passed onto Isabel and the team there. 99% of our accounts earn better than average returns, and we have recently updated our processes so existing customers can apply for a new account without the need to complete a full application form. We have, and will continue to signpost customers to our most competitively priced products. I use the Harpenden regularly and the staff are always extremely helpful. The service is better than any other bank/building society I have used. I have mobility issues and they go out of their way to help. Reviewed on: 28th September 2023
