The initial transfer of funds was fine and then over around 2years the fund declined by around £10K and has made some up since but as I can no longer access a statement I am uncertain.
They have now introduced a new system requiring photo's and ID from existing customers which I supplied and they rejected so I am in the unfortunate position of not being to access my funds or even check on their performance.
This is about to go the ombudsman
