Absolutely shocking. Impossible to get authority for a claim. Constantly looking for a reason not to pay

Aviva is absolutely shocking. Made me drive 3 hours to see a Specialist at a different Hospital. Messes us around with authority for our son, then messed us around with a claim form for our daughter, still havbt got authority numbers for either. Any excuse not to authorise or pay.
