Absolute Disaster

If you want private healthcare then I suggest you stick with Bupa or Axa because at least these companies have people manning their phones ! I have spent hours on hold just trying to get through to someone ! They actually make the NHS look good ! So save your money or get a policy with a company that offers a service.
