Marmalade won't communicate.

My new car was stolen on a trip to London on 14 November and I immediately informed Marmalade. However after my first call to them they've never answered any more calls or responded to my emails. My insurance with Marmalade is underwritten by Ageas who are trying to help, but they are having the same problem trying to resolve my case as Marmalade won't respond to their calls and emails either. Ageas say that we should get 'new-for-old' but because Marmalade won't communicate with us or Ageas we are stuck. My wife and I are beyond retirement age and we live in a rural area so we really rely on our car. We are devastated by the loss of the car and now we're stuck in limbo and can't get anywhere because Marmalade won't engage with us or the underwriter and help either of us progress this case as normal.
