Success at financial ombudsman

My flights got cancelled 48 hrs before . They said I needed to be checked in on the plane!!! Terrible insurance. I went through the ombudsman. The first one said I could have still got there. Short of donning my swimsuit I couldn’t get there. I appealed again the ombudsman and won!!!! 1year later I was paid in full minus my excess. Pathetic company.
