Delaying insurance payments for months after a simple procedure for stitches. Dont bother if you need the insurance to actually pay for a procedure.. guess its more like a loan. Friendly team on the phone when you get through but dont actually give you any real answers, just that theyre short staffed. Guess you get what you pay for.
