my roof tiles blew off in a storm, and broke my skylight around £2000 worth of damage. they sent a surveyor who was an arrogant awful person. the claim was rejected blaming my roof. it was a STORM, whats the point in house insurance? i hate his guts. he also didn't follow procedure and no one told me it had been rejected until i called up weeks later. also, it still classed as a claim.
