Beware, do not rely on the travel insurance supplied by ALLIANZ. They will do everything they can to no pay out a claim. They are unprofessional and not credible do not waste your time. They will request documents and then tell you under section whatever your claim has been denied. There are good insurance companies out there, use one of them instead - do not rely on these jokers
