Simple, effective service and great customer service.

I've had a fair few dealings with customer service (not for issues, just queries and changes etc) and they have all been resolved speedily, satisfactorily and politely, which is pretty much all you can ask for. I've also found the app very easy to use, and it's great to see improvements that keep coming in. Reviewed on: 14th March 2024

Good modern bank with simple cashback

Chase is a newer bank, and feels like one. It's an intuitive app and the application process takes moments, and was quick all the way through including processing and decision times. The debit card not having the numbers on is a little weird and feels a bit gimmicky, but doesn't really have a negative impact as I only ever use apps nowadays anyway - the card is more a formality. The 1% cashback on almost everything is also super simple and rewarding, and unless you're spending more than a grand and a half a month, you won't exceed it, which is a decent amount.
