Told me they'd call me back within a day, I waited 5...

Told me they'd call me back within a day, I waited 5 days only to receive an email informing me they would be cancelling my policy as (ironically) I hadn't been in touch. I have the screenshot to prove this. When confronted with this, the agent I spoke with then apologised but stated it's not their fault. Now they're trying to charge me for two policies.
