TRUSTED, RELIABLE AND HELPFUL BANK

I wanted to compare my mortgage with what HSBC was offering. Adviser was very helpful, adviser did not pressurized me and offered a very clear and detailed explanation of their products. When I told her how many years I the mortgage for she tailored it according to my request. I did transferred the mortgage with them in the end as they offered the best. deal. Quick to repsond, very helpful, professional

Efficient, helpful staff when you ring them for help. Have been with them for more than 30 years. When I had to contact them they organised the problem to be addressed very quickly. Their policy is a bit more expensive than soem others. Reviewed on: 25th September 2016
