Incorrect password or email address

I cannot get access to my new account because of the wrong incorrect password or the wrong incorrect email address whereby I found that very annoying. I feel very frustrated and annoyed when something like this happens to me. I would recommend forward the complaint to the Ombudsman team to help get this fixed because Equifax has not been doing nothing about this to get this resolved. I have now had enough of this.
