Five years of premiums paid no claims made until I developed a tumour notified them had surgery had all relevant sick notes and they were very rude and smug about refusing to pay me out they make you feel like a liar and a cheat when all you are being is honest with all the paperwork to back up your claim.. they will delay and delay until they can find a loophole to not pay .. they are 100% fraudsters and should be avoided at all costs this company is the lowest of the low preying on sick and vulnerable people in there lowest moments they would rather you was homeless than honour there contract …. DISPICABLE BRITISH FRIENDLY SOCIETY SHAME ON YOU ..
