Easy to sign up and effortless to use. Authenticating can be a little clunky, so I tend not to use the app much, instead relying on Monzo.

It really feels like Monzo is on your side, helping you manage your money and I'm grateful for that. But feature parity on joint accounts is a years-long failed promise, and customer support is agonizingly slow. If things improve Monzo would deserve a six-star review.

Clear and informative help to understand your credit score and how to improve it. Small admin tips helped me take action on things I wouldn't have thought of. Being able to see and monitor my credit score is a relief.
