Avoid! I have had my mortgage offer approved in August 2023 and on completion day in October, the mortgage offer was put on hold by senior underwriter(Bradley Wolstenholme). They then ask to send verified IDs(again), updated bank statement from giftor(again), certified translation documents(again), notarizations, etc. Mental torture for 3 weeks long and still not giving YES or NO answer. At the end, I decided to pull out from this purchase. Even though I lost money on deposit and fees, but I felt RELIEF. Avoid!
