Submitted a complex case. The case was technically outside of policy, however Simon, Claire and Sam worked tirelessly on a solution and a positive outcome for the clients. It too longer than ideal to get to offer, however the flexibility and knowledge that they have shown has been imperative for my clients to get the right outcome.
