Will only pay half

Pretty poor experience with payment. Very quick to take money each year. Caution for any animal getting older, 35% deduction. So our dog recently passed away, after all the deductions the insurance claim they paid amounted to less than 50% of the cost of the treatments. They have a baseline that they'll pay, but don't state what the fees are in our case hospitalisation - 67.96% paid fluid treatment - 68.28% paid fluid maintenance - 55.06% paid deductions for the age, so after paying premiums for 10 years, I would say you're better off to not have pet insurance to cover illness.
