With BT offers getting shorter, it was nice to get an extended 0% deal. Not had much interaction but the Mobile App works for me (and I've seen the reviews from others).

Initial application process to acceptance was very slick, however it was a bit old fashioned to wait for a paper copy of a code to let you into their app. Other than that, little effort on my part to complete the transfer apart from postal delays.

Everything can be done via the app, from account opening to tracking savings amounts. It took a couple of minutes to open the account / set up a regular payment. Makes everything so easy when everything can be done in one place.

Although applying for the account online took a couple of minutes, it took nearly 3 weeks for the paperwork to arrive & activating the card / signing up for online banking was more hard work than it needed to be. I do like the text reminders for payments but this was one of those cards where I watched daily for the payment to leave my account (even after I checked over the phone & via social media) - I just didn't trust that it was in place. Having moved from a bank with an app, I miss it!
