Without any reason my account was blocked while I was on vacation. Contacted the customer service, but they are totally annoyed, they do not respond to e-mails and they do not answer the phone at all.
They indicate that it is a temporary blockade, now 5 days later and I do not know anything yet.
Do you want bad service and lose your money then you're good at Monese.
