Competitive interest rates. Staff helpful when contacted. Online would be a big benefit. Passbook is old-fashioned. Reviewed on: 29th July 2024

Mutual and local are big plus points. Competitive products are important. As only a sole worker at Southwell this leads to time spent waiting. Maybe more staff. I don't make financial recommendations. Reviewed on: 25th July 2024

Decent regular saver rate and a genuinely great customer service provider. Only criticism: allow customers time to get forms done before phoning to contact about said forms. Reviewed on: 25th July 2024
