No fees, but also no customer service

Opened savings account that went smoothly but isn't intuitive. I have spent the last month trying to open an S&S ISA which still hadn't happened.... The one I have to transfer in isn't on their list and it said to fill in a form but didn't link it. Their chatbot said they don't have a form. I managed to get a digital form from customer service but it has a problem which I have contacted customer service twice but 2 weeks later still no call back. My ISA will be going somewhere else as will my future business, unfortuntely no fees is good but not worth it in this case. Read more Read less
