Worth it

Good replacement app since Yolt closed down

I came across Snoop whilst looking for an alternative when Yolt was sadly closing down. I’m pleased with the app and I like that it shows tips to manage my finances, it compares my spending from previous weeks/months at shops, it shows energy switching deals, etc. I found these features to be better than on Yolt. Also, I like that it shows my monthly and annual bills. I think there needs to be more timely update on the app in terms of showing real time transactions because I have found even after refreshing a few times in the day, sometimes it was not updated in the app after I did transactions. Also, there needs to be an option to create more than 3 categories (a feature I know is in the pipelines) as this is really important for accurate analysis of spending. I also think there needs to be a way of setting a budget in the app and a way of warning customers (daily or weekly) when they are near the limit or when they exceed the limit. The most brilliant app I never knew I needed

Snoop has been absolutely brilliant in allowing me to keep a tab on all my finances. It has a beautiful and user friendly interface. Love the updates every morning which allows me to chase up any discrepancies that I might notice. I love the little tips that it gives us and have been using the app every day. User Friendly and Life Changing

I’ve used plenty of personal finance apps in the past and none can match Snoop! I love that Snoops searches for ways to help me with my finances in the background and the options it presented are great! Some options I didn’t even think about changing so really great service! Changed the way I bank!

It was an innovation to me to be able to see all my finances in one place. The ability to categorise and keep track of my spending has given me a wonderful new insight into where all my money goes! Added to that brilliance, are the regular money saving tips and recommendations which can be both generalised as well as tailored to me - amazing! And on top of that, as if you needed more, the customer service I have experienced is excellent - I love the personable approach they take to such a serious matter as banking! 10 out of 10 all round!
