Therefore I waited for the money to be deposited. After a couple of hours I went to look what was happening to discovered that I could not even log in properly. I telephoned them to find that even though my credit was ok apparently because I swapped my bank account address to my girlfriends address that was not acceptable. Apparently I would get my loan if I went over to the bank and change it back to mine. Apparently because I formally complained I am banned from their site. Whilst they did approve me, my experience of using their site and contacting customer support is very poor. I made an extra payment which will reduce my final payment because of the interest saved. Their site does not update to reflect payments made. Only shows the original schedule. Customer services were no help. They couldn't tell me what my final payment would be either, which I find bizarre. All they would say is that my final payment would reduce. They could tell me the outstanding balance if I settle that day but nothing else. I wouldn't use them again as they don't seem very professional or efficient in my opinion. Read more Read less
