Good bank

Easies bank and money transfer

Sterling app let's you send money for free international in less than a minute. And every time you buy stuff or withdraw it from cash machine you get notification. And I swear sometimes alert comes so fast you won't manage to grab your money Reviewed on: 24th January 2020

Cowboys

Went through the application process, signed the loan agreement, they went through the financial checks and I was even told how much I was to pay each month. Therefore I waited for the money to be deposited. After a couple of hours I went to look what was happening to discovered that I could not even log in properly. I telephoned them to find that even though my credit was ok apparently because I swapped my bank account address to my girlfriends address that was not acceptable. Apparently I would get my loan if I went over to the bank and change it back to mine. Apparently because I formally complained I am banned from their site. I will not be going there again anyway and hopefully the Financial Ombudsman will force them to compensate Reviewed on: 22nd August 2017

Poor website and customer service

I would not recommend this company at all. Whilst they did approve me, my experience of using their site and contacting customer support is very poor. I made an extra payment which will reduce my final payment because of the interest saved. Their site does not update to reflect payments made. Only shows the original schedule. Customer services were no help. They couldn't tell me what my final payment would be either, which I find bizarre. All they would say is that my final payment would reduce. They could tell me the outstanding balance if I settle that day but nothing else. I wouldn't use them again as they don't seem very professional or efficient in my opinion. Reviewed on: 22nd June 2017
