I paid Veygo for learner driver’s insurance £145.16 for a month, after a week the car insured broke down and I had to change the insurance policy to a different car, Veygo doesn’t allow you to change the car in your policy and makes you cancel your policy and start a new one. When I cancelled, after a week the refunded me £59 out of £145.16 JUST AFTER A WEEK. And after sending several emails, they tried to force their refund policy/calculations as CORRECT? Saying that’s how the calculate refund?? Go for any insurance but Veygo, their no hidden fees or full refund policy is a lie. Read more Read less

This should have been a STRAIGHT FORWARD claim to process. Weeks later I'm STILL waiting to hear back from them to accept the quote. In the meantime they have unilaterally cancelled my daughter's insurance! It was only by luck I found the email stopping the insurance renewal otherwise she would have been driving uninsured.
