When you just need a short amount of insurance, this is a very easy to use, cheap company that serves your needs. Highly recommended!

I paid Veygo for learner driver’s insurance £145.16 for a month, after a week the car insured broke down and I had to change the... I paid Veygo for learner driver’s insurance £145.16 for a month, after a week the car insured broke down and I had to change the insurance policy to a different car, Veygo doesn’t allow you to change the car in your policy and makes you cancel your policy and start a new one. When I cancelled, after a week the refunded me £59 out of £145.16 JUST AFTER A WEEK. And after sending several emails, they tried to force their refund policy/calculations as CORRECT? Saying that’s how the calculate refund?? Go for any insurance but Veygo, their no hidden fees or full refund policy is a lie. Read more Read less

I paid Veygo for learner driver’s insurance £145.16 for a month, after a week the car insured broke down and I had to change the insurance policy to a different car, Veygo doesn’t allow you to change the car in your policy and makes you cancel your policy and start a new one. Easy Sign Up, Painful Claims Process, Cancelled without Reason

It is now 6+ weeks after my daughter who is learning to drive, accidently reversed into a stone wall. We provided Veygo with a clear,... It is now 6+ weeks after my daughter who is learning to drive, accidently reversed into a stone wall. We provided Veygo with a clear, quote and pictures of the damage. No third party was involved. This should have been a STRAIGHT FORWARD claim to process. Weeks later I'm STILL waiting to hear back from them to accept the quote. In the meantime they have unilaterally cancelled my daughter's insurance! It was only by luck I found the email stopping the insurance renewal otherwise she would have been driving uninsured. Awful experience. Still don't know if/when I can get the car fixed. I now have to go searching for other insurance. Read more Read less

    applied for my son to get temporary insurance for provisional driving. can't insure him.
