When I contacted customer services about a transacti...

When I contacted customer services about a transaction query, it wasn't the best experience. The chat was slow and confusing and I'd rather just speak to someone on the phone. Other than that, the product is great and I really like the emails they send with useful information about investing. Reviewed on: 22nd February 2026

Service levels have dropped in the last 12 months ago.

Service levels have dropped in the last 12 months ago. It takes longer for cash withdrawals which is a major step in the wrong direction. Reviewed on: 22nd February 2026
