I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent experience I had with Welendus. Several months ago, I applied for a loan with Welendus... I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent experience I had with Welendus. Several months ago, I applied for a loan with Welendus for the first time and was approved instantly, which was a positive experience. However, when I recently attempted to apply for a new loan, I was informed that I was unable to receive a second loan without any explanation. I want to highlight that I have a history of successfully paying off my prior loan in full and have never been late with any payments. The lack of transparency and communication from Welendus regarding the reasons for not approving my second loan application has left me feeling frustrated and confused. The inconsistency in their decision-making process is concerning, and it has impacted my trust in their services. Overall, I must say that my recent experience with Welendus has been disappointing and unprofessional. I wanted to bring this matter to your attention to ensure that the necessary improvements are made to provide better customer service and transparency in their processes. However, when I recently attempted to apply for a new loan, I was informed that I was unable to receive a second loan without any explanation. Funding issues for over 7 day

Yusuf stated they've never had funding issues on their end it's usually on the bank side. And after reviewing multiple complaints his information and statements seem very deceptive.

    I really needed the money asap. Coming to welendus was a mistake. Not only did I never get my funds. But I was hung up... I really needed the money asap. Coming to welendus was a mistake. Not only did I never get my funds. But I was hung up on by customer service 5 times. The only reason I got someone on the line finally was due to my persistent back to back calls after each decline.     Scam

    They approved a loan for $500 but I never received it…I called to find out why three days later I hadn’t received it and was... They approved a loan for $500 but I never received it…I called to find out why three days later I hadn’t received it and was told they didn’t send it yet. I was told they’d send it by the close of business day 10/16…10/17 my bank said no one had pinged the accounts for a deposit….I called welendus and was told they still hadn’t sent the loan. I was able to cancel the loan. But I’m worried now because they have my accounts information so I’m going to the bank to get another account and close my current one in case they decide to try and high Jack my paycheck.     FRAUD!!!

    Lied about getting my loan with in 24-48 hours and keep trying to take $280 out of my bank account for payment.

    Its real

    I looked through reviews to see if it's real. So, I wanted to post a few reviews to show, it really works. My credit got... I looked through reviews to see if it's real. So, I wanted to post a few reviews to show, it really works. My credit got better at 592 without paying a few credit cards off yet. They loaned me 500 for 300 per paid for 4 months. I'll pay it off on my easy paydays and have the money for the payday i really needed it. Its not the worst interest rate ive seen and the only place i could use a payday loan when i needed it. It's from UK Loans. So, I guess they pull lenders you would never find in the US. Read more Read less

    They basically lied for no reason

    They tell you that you are approved and that you'll get your money the next day. Three days later nothing, so it's basically false advertising. DON'T WAIST YOUR TIME!!!!

    I was approved for a loan, I updated my banking and it took them 4 days to tell me it didn’t update. The canceled the...
