Very quick response to my application for a loan. They required a lot of personal information which I was very happy to confirm which means that the possibility of someone claiming to be me would be very unlikely to get through the process of making a false application with my name. Oakbrook will be my first choice for a top up on my loan or a new loan when this one is paid off. Reviewed on: 21st January 2026

My experience with Oakbrook Loans was straightforward and reassuring from start to finish. The application process was clear and didn’t feel overwhelming, even when providing financial details. Absolute bunch of financially raping people.

Absolute bunch of financially raping people. I requested a cancellation of my financial agreement within the 14 days. I emailed them over five times about my cancellation. They did not respond within the fourteen days. They then said I had to pay the full amount of the end of term agreement price rather than the amount they transferred. They even refused to cancel the agreement within the fourteen days when I contacted them. Reviewed on: 4th December 2025

Finio Loans / Oakbrook are good but the website is difficult to navigate, especially if you have an issue or may have missed a payment for some reason. I don’t understand the use of ‘Finio’ when everything is Oakbrook and makes it more confusing. However, the people on the phone were helpful and supportive. Reviewed on: 25th April 2025
