They did not respond within the fourteen days. They then said I had to pay the full amount of the end of term agreement price rather than the amount they transferred. It was really simple and easy to do. The money was in my account within 30 minutes of completing the application. I couldn't fault it

Finio Loans / Oakbrook are good but the website is difficult to navigate, especially if you have an issue or may have missed a payment... Finio Loans / Oakbrook are good but the website is difficult to navigate, especially if you have an issue or may have missed a payment for some reason. I don’t understand the use of ‘Finio’ when everything is Oakbrook and makes it more confusing. However, the people on the phone were helpful and supportive. Read more Read less
