I have always used PayPal if available...

I have always used PayPal if available as a payment method online because it gives me a greater sense of security. I did have an incident where an item ordered was not received and I did get my money back through PayPal. I always ask friends and colleagues if they have PayPal to send monies too, just so simple, easy and secure. Customer service have also resolved many questions I have asked and I will continue to be a Paypal customer for many more years to come. Reviewed on: 14th June 2024

I always ask people if they use PayPal.

Good overall experience I did have to call customer service about my business PayPal and was a bit of a hullabaloo but did finally get the answers I needed. Overall I do have a really good experience with PayPal I really like the assurance it gives when paying for items online and I have raised one dispute with about an un received item and as I had paid via PayPal when they intervened I was given a refund. I always prefer to send monies to colleagues for Gift collections via PayPal mobile and always ask people if they have PayPal. Less opportunities to be scammed online when you use PayPal.
