Found cover elsewhere for £200 less. Cancelled AGE UK cover before renewal date over the phone, they said they would cancel at their end and... Found cover elsewhere for £200 less. Cancelled AGE UK cover before renewal date over the phone, they said they would cancel at their end and advised I cancel DD which I did. Subsequently received letter from them to say because they had not received payment cover had expired. Rang them to confirm I initiated cancellation not them. Read more Read less

    Straightforward Insurance

    We've been with Age UK for a few years now. It was easy to get a quote and set up the policy. And in the... We've been with Age UK for a few years now. It was easy to get a quote and set up the policy. And in the years we've had a policy with them, we have had to change the policy holder (following my father's death) and the car insured. In both instances the people we dealt with were friendly, helpful and couldn't have made the experience any better or easier for us. Only given 4 stars for the overall rating as we haven't needed to make a claim so can't comment on that! Read more Read less
